Monthly rehearsal space gives your band a consistent place to come back to.

Keep the conversation moving from one rehearsal to the next. A dedicated room lets you work on arrangements, practice together, and return to a setup you know.

Metroplex Music Complex focuses on live band rehearsal in Dallas. Choose from a variety of rooms across our four-story facility, with 24/7 access for monthly renters.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

SIZE UP YOUR SETUP.

01

Start with your gear.

Think about your drum kit, amps, keyboards, pedalboards, microphones, and the space you need to move between them. Room shape matters as much as square footage.

02

Walk the room.

Bring a rough equipment list and dimensions for your largest pieces. Look at the layout, entrances, and load-in route during your visit.

03

Confirm the details.

Ask about the exact rent, deposit, lease length, any additional charges, and current offer terms before selecting a room.

WHAT TO EXPECT

COME WITH
QUESTIONS.

Are the rooms rented monthly or hourly?

Metroplex Music Complex offers monthly rehearsal rooms. Contact the team to discuss your schedule, available rooms, and current lease terms.

Is this a recording studio?

The complex is focused on live band rehearsal. It is not offered as a quiet recording environment. If sound isolation or recording is your priority, discuss your needs before choosing a space.

Is equipment included with a room?

Plan to discuss your own gear and setup with the team. Photos may show a musician’s personal equipment and do not establish an included backline, drum kit, PA, or other equipment package.

What should I ask before renting a room?

Confirm the exact monthly rent, deposit, lease length, any additional charges, equipment policies, and access arrangements. During your visit, check the room layout and load-in route with the gear you plan to bring in mind.
